Classes with Julie are informed by her dedicated meditation practice and she includes intervals of stillness and guided meditation in her classes.
Julie believes that the benefits of yoga are available to everyone regardless of age, level of fitness or flexibility. She teaches a gentle, nurturing practice that is suitable for beginners, the more mature body and those who enjoy moving slowly and mindfully.
Julie’s yoga journey began after a period of personal change in her 40’s which included leaving the corporate world. Upon discovering the life changing benefits of yoga she felt compelled to share it with others.
Since completing her 200 hr Teacher Training Course in 2014 Julie has undertaken workshop intensives with Donna Farhi and Leslie Kaminoff and completed a 50 hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training. She is currently undertaking a Post Graduate 150 hr Teacher Training Course and a 100 hr Registered Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher Training Course.
