Bianca has floated on and off the mat for 15 years. Five years ago, she landed back on her mat and back in the studio seeking balance and wanting to reconnect with herself. This is when she developed a real appreciation of yoga.
Having built her foundations for a strong personal practice, her yoga journey led her to attend overseas retreats and complete the 200 hour teacher training program in 2016.
Bianca is passionate about expanding her knowledge of yoga, and guiding others to find their own version of balance in their lives.
She teaches a range of styles including hatha, gentle flow, vinyasa, yin and restorative. She believes everyone needs a little bit of each.
Bianca encourages her students to work with awareness and breath, express themselves in their own practice, and be in a place of less reaction and judgement, and more self-introspection.
Outside of yoga Bianca continues to work full-time in the corporate world, while running her own beauty consulting business.
