Our Active Space offers practices designed to stimulate and transform! Some classes move faster and some move slower but every class gives you techniques to explore new dimensions of your body and mind. If you are ready to change the way you move through the world, these classes are for you!
Suitable for all levels of students, Yin Yoga postures explore new ranges of motion and increase the flow of energy in the body. Movements are slow, fluid, and circular and help prepare the body and mind for the deep stillness of Yin. The yin postures may be done standing, seated, or lying on the floor and are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga is an opportunity to slow down, breathe deep, and be present.
In a flow yoga class expect to move at a steady pace and develop the strength, mobility, and mind-body coordination to progress towards more complex postures. Each class expresses the teacher’s focus or intention so each flow will be a little different.

Suitable for all levels and perfect for those seeking a balance of movement and stillness. This class begins with fluid movement to coordinate the body and mind and ends in the deep, meditative stillness of Yin postures
Flow and Meditate
Suitable for all levels and a perfect combination of movement and stillness. A unique class which combines a mindful flow yoga sequence and an introduction into different methods of meditation. If you have wanted to learn more about meditation, this is the class for you.
In this beginner’s flow class, you will learn how to develop a safe and rewarding yoga practice. You will move slowly through the poses that you will typically encounter in a flow yoga class. You will be allowed time to understand the basic alignment principles and learn modifications that suit your body. This workshop style class will allow space for questions and discussions. This class will suit beginners and those wishing to refine their practice.
Flow and Fitness
Flow and Fitness is a unique class which combines Flow Yoga Sequences with Strength and Conditioning movements. Be prepared to increase your strength, flexibility and test your limits with a few push ups as well!
Core (on the mat) learn the fundamentals and proper technique of Pilates mat, focusing on body connections, breathing, alignment and awareness. You will increase your core strength, core awareness and core movement. This class is great for beginners to Pilates.
Barre Fusion is a signature class unique to Ohana. A class drawing on all that Ohana has to offer – Barre, Yoga and Meditation. Aimed especially for students new to barre, but suitable for all levels. A class guaranteed to get you moving and having fun!
